The communication was great from Michael & Richard"”they answered all of my questions clearly and really put me at ease. They were both friendly, helpful, and never once made us feel pressured to buy.

In the end, we chose to purchase the car, and we're very happy with it. They even arranged a new MOT, which gave us extra peace of mind. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, it was such a relief to deal with people who were patient and trustworthy.

Had an amazing experience with these guys. Saw the car, that i liked, organised the viewing, loved the car, left the deposited only to find out that my finance company had other plans. For the next 5 days Rich, from Wright Car Company worked non stop so I can buy my dream car. Even when I thought we have hit the end, he still kept on going. Informing me every step of the way. Needless to say I am a proud owner of a shiny new car, that I love! The car was valeted and new MOT done just before I picked it up. My first time buying a car and I was so nervous, after being told horror stories of dodgy dealerships I felt I was really taking a leap of faith with these guys, but I cannot praise Rich enough. Him and his family were beyond helpful and so lovely. Even a month after purchasing the car, there was a small issue with a coolant leak, and Rich sorted absolutely everything, even when ill in bed!! He could've easily blocked my number or not replied, but always was there for advice, reassurance and even sorting out warranty claims for me. Not sure where to start but firstly let me say that Rich was absolutely amazing. I have had three previous cars and I must say this has been by far the best customer service experience I have received!

Rich has outstanding customer service which I'm very big on. As soon as I spoke with Rich on the phone, I instantly felt at ease and knew I was in safe hands. No question was too much, any queries I had he answered it straight away. I asked for a personal video of the car I wanted, and as promised he sent it to me even talking throughout it explaining the features of the car.

I also part exchanged my car which wasn't in the best condition and I got a very very good deal as other companies was offering me a low price. The price he offered even left me with some money for myself.

I found my dream car at The Wright Car Company! I absolutely love it! I drove over an hour to collect it and it was well worth it. When I picked up the car, it was soooo clean, almost as if it came straight out the showroom.

If you're considering getting a car from here, I promise, you won't be disappointed

I have bought many cars in the past, and this has got to be one of the most pleasant experiences I've had. I needed to buy a mini for my daughter as her first car, so I was quite nervous as I wanted to get a good one, but had a small budget. I've heard and experienced the nightmares of buying second hand cars.Richard was very friendly and professional. He allowed us to look around the car and was not pushy at all. We saw the car in it's initial unprepared state, but was promised that the marks on the body work would be professionally fixed, the front tyres would be changed. We then arranged for a pre-inspection which flagged up a few minor issues. However Richard promised to put all those right too. Richard was true to his word, and all the work was done. He was always willing to answer our questions and kept us informed at all times. My daughter is now the proud owner of a cream Mini Cooper and she and us couldn't be happier. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you Richard for a pleasant experience

The Wright Car Company are a family run gem in the car industry!

I took a few months researching for my first car. You have to take Auto Trader and Google reviews with a pinch of salt. Cross reference them both.
Some larger dealerships will offer you discount to submit 5 star feedback. Then they will have no after care. Go and check the 1 star reviews rather than 5 stars on larger dealerships. They are just interested in getting cars out the door and commission.

From the minute I enquired with Rich and Mike they have been friendly, welcoming, honest, passionate about their service. There was never any pushy or rushed hard sales tactics.

I was immediately informed of some issues on the interior of the car I was interested in. Mike video called me to point them out, as they weren't quite clear from the pictures online.
They had one part already in possession that needed replacing and 5 minutes later rang me back to say it was done and gave me video proof.

I was keen to see the car but I live in South East near Kent. When arranging to come up on a Sunday, Mike offered to pick me up for a test drive from Basildon train station. Very generous thanks Mike!

Immediately clicked with him and had a great chat. He gave insights into how his family run the business and every question was answered with honesty.

I managed to test drive the car and everything was running perfectly. They do a fresh MOT when they get them in, so you can check this ahead of time.
We got back to the showroom and he left me with the car to do some checks.

I had prepared a list and gave it a long look over. There were some cosmetic defects that weren't apparent first. A couple of small body work dents and a chip on the windscreen.

We noted the defects they said he could get they could get them fixed if I was interested.
I'd already set my heart on it and put the deposit down. Mike reassured me they had the contacts to get everything done and would be happier if I drive it off with them sorted, rather than giving a discount and having me organise the work.
He gave me a proof of purchase slip for deposit and had the defects in writing.
He said they would do it next week and to pick it up when it was done.

Over the next week Mike kept me updated over WhatsApp. As the weather was a bit rubbish and they don't have an indoor showroom, the body work touch ups couldn't be done. So he arranged to get the car indoors and that it was going to take longer than expected. I wasn't in a massive rush to get it so I was happy to wait a further week.

The following week Mike gave me a call and said everything was pretty much done. There was a broken window switch that had been replaced but unfortunately on fitting, it wasn't quite right. He asked if I wanted to wait another week whilst they ordered a new one. Due to my own plans I'd said I would come and get it, and he agreed that I could pop up the following weekend and he would fit it whilst I wait. It was going to be a 10minute job.

Onto the day of purchase - arrived early on Saturday 9am, met Rich and had a great chat with them both in the office. Offered coffee and made to feel very comfortable! A very relaxed and open atmosphere.

Made the final checks over the car. The small body dents had been sorted immaculately. Mike showed me the window switch. He was apologetic there was a mistake and promised he would sort the part and that I could visit the following weekend to get it sorted. It didn't affect the controls and was cosmetic. Just shows their honesty!
The car was also valeted and looked spot on!

Rich helped me set up road tax, gave me the RAC discount code for the roadside recovery and set me up with RAC warranty. Thank you.

Just to note, if you are buying a car with them they offer great RAC warranty terms.
For peace of mind I went with the upgraded two years Platinum as it covers all electrics and engine excluding wear and tear items.
Don't miss out on that deal because you won't get it cheaper anywhere else!

Anyway just to finally say, there are good reasons this family get repeat customers.
Sterling service, with honesty and integrity. For this reason I will always support family businesses over the larger franchises.

I had an issue with my car but took it back and it was resolved with no hassle, I was also given a courtesy car for two weeks which was not how long the repair took it was the fact that I was on holiday during this time, but again it was no issue for the guys to leave me with the car for two weeks due to me being away. I would highly recommend these guys nothing is a problem and a very friendly and plesent service.
